Nicotinell global websites for GSK
GSK had recently undertaken a major rebrand and saw this as an opportunity to refresh its Nicotinell websites across markets. In doing so, they asked us to support with the initial UX and design, as well as the global roll out.
Cutting through complexity
Initially, GSK faced a challenge, with too much fragmentation between different agencies in different markets. Progress was slow and there was a lack of consistency. When we joined the project, we helped GSK accelerate this process, contributing UX, navigation, design and SEO for the US master.
Taking it global, keeping it local
With the US master complete, our role shifted to project management and production support for the roll out across Europe, the Nordics and Australia. We managed GSK’s off-shore development team – and accommodated all local client needs for the sites. We also oversaw all transcreation into local languages.
Work smarter, go faster
Thanks to our agile approach, we were able to help GSK launch each iteration in as few as eight weeks. We achieved this by simultaneously working on two sites at any time. GSK appreciated the quality, organisation and speed of our approach – and as a result, asked us to perform the same role on the global roll out for their Voltaren brand.
